1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the ph19 platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "ph19," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph19 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay conducted under your account.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify ph19 support immediately via live chat or email. ph19 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your ph19 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by ph19 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100).

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is approved. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

ph19 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph19 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ph19 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you have deposited into your ph19 account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the ph19 Platform will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting ph19 support before pursuing formal legal action. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
